What availability does CEF Technology commit to?
CEF Technology commits to 99.9% monthly availability for covered cloud services. If availability falls below that commitment in a calendar month, the agreement provides for service credits. The full terms are published in the CEF Technology Service Level Agreement.
How is the CDN by CEF billed?
CDN by CEF is billed on average bandwidth capacity rather than on metered traffic volume. Most OTT delivery providers charge for the gigabytes transferred, which means costs rise as the audience grows; billing on contracted bandwidth keeps delivery cost predictable for a flat-rate subscription business.
Does CEF Technology run the service, or hand it over to our own team?
Both. CEF Technology offers flexible arrangements: it can manage daily operations of the platform, or deliver a turnkey project for the partner’s internal team to run. The model is chosen per project rather than imposed.
